Payment & Attendance Terms

Payment

Private sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.

 

Schools, local authorities and other organisations will be invoiced in accordance with the agreed commissioning arrangements. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

Reserved Session Times

Sessions remain chargeable where a participant is unable to attend due to illness, holidays, appointments, transport difficulties, school activities or any other personal reason.

 

Where possible, The Wild Mane Project Ltd will try to rearrange missed sessions, but this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability

Cancellation by The Wild Mane Project Ltd.

If The Wild Mane Project Ltd needs to cancel a session due to severe weather, horse welfare, staff illness or other unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rearranged where possible or credited if rearrangement is not possible.

Late Arrival

Sessions will finish at the agreed time. Late arrival may reduce the time available for the session and will not normally result in an extension.

Clothing and Footwear

Participants/ Parents & carers are responsible for attending in suitable clothing and sturdy, closed-toe footwear appropriate for outdoor and equine activities. Activities may be adapted or cancelled where clothing presents a safety risk.

Policies

By booking or commissioning services with The Wild Mane Project Ltd, you agree to comply with our published policies, including those relating to safeguarding, health and safety, privacy, complaints and animal welfare.

Acceptance

Booking a session, submitting a referral or commissioning services from The Wild Mane Project Ltd. confirms acceptance of these terms.

Late Payment and Alternative Terms

Payment is due within the terms stated on the invoice. Alternative payment intervals or payment cycles may be agreed in writing before services begin, to align with the Commissioning Authority’s internal financial systems.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue, undisputed invoices at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, together with any fixed compensation and reasonable debt recovery costs permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as amended.

Where payment is delayed, the Provider will actively engage with the School or Local Authority finance team to resolve the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw services only as a last resort, following a formal 14-day written notice period to the designated Commissioning Officer, ensuring student safeguarding remains prioritised.

These terms apply to all private bookings and commissioned services delivered by The Wild Mane Project Ltd
