Our Values
At Wild Mane, respect isn’t taught as a rule or a boundary.
It sits underneath everything we do as a therapeutic belief.
We work from the understanding that people, animals, and the land are equal, none above the other, none there to be managed or fixed.
Respect isn’t instructed or enforced here.
It develops naturally through shared space, shared responsibility, and being alongside one another in a way that is calm, honest, and real.
These values aren’t measured or monitored.
They are modelled, experienced, and felt, often without words.
Respect, for us, is relational.
It grows through presence, equality, and care, not correction.
