Our work is grounded in an evidence informed model that supports emotional regulation, self-esteem, communication, and social understanding. We draw on structured developmental frameworks, including emotional intelligence, true self-esteem domains, developmental behaviour schemas and multiple forms of expression. This is to help people make sense of their feelings and interactions.

Wilderness Living Skills

Working outdoors with simple, practical tasks encourages teamwork, communication, and shared problem-solving. Being active in nature supports regulation and awareness, helping people feel steady in themselves and comfortable alongside others.

Equine-Assisted Learning

Working alongside horses encourages calm focus and clear communication. Horses respond honestly to the signals we give, helping participants notice their body language, pace, and presence. Through grooming, leading, and shared routine, confidence grows quietly, and connection becomes a skill that can be carried back into everyday life.

What We Do

1.png

We combine Equine-Assisted Learning with practical wilderness skills to build true self-esteem, emotional intelligence, and real-world skills.

Hands-on. Outdoors. Person-centred. Designed with purpose.

Our programmes bring together horses & ponies, nature and therapeutic based activities to help children, teens and adults regulate, connect, and grow.

We build trust first.
The rest follows.

As a not-for-profit, every penny goes back into creating opportunities for those who need them most.

This is learning outside the lines, where strengths are recognised, voices matter, and belonging comes naturally.
