Wild Circle Support Sessions

Wild Circle Support Sessions are smaller group sessions designed for children, young people, and adults who may find larger groups overwhelming or need a gentler introduction to outdoor activities and shared participation.

Each group is kept small, usually around 3–4 participants, helping sessions feel more manageable, familiar, and supportive.

Sessions are built around outdoor activities, pony interactions, nature-based activity, regulation, and shared experiences.

Some people join Wild Circle because they struggle with confidence, social situations, busy environments, or joining new groups. Others simply prefer quieter spaces and smaller numbers.

Participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace while gradually building familiarity, confidence, routine, and connection through doing rather than sitting and talking.

Sessions may include:

  • Pony care and groundwork

  • Nature-based activities

  • Practical outdoor tasks

  • Seasonal projects

  • Bushcraft and woodland skills

  • Shared group activities

  • Gentle movement and outdoor exploration

Separate sessions are run for:

  • Children

  • Young People

  • Adults

Some participants access Wild Circle as a stepping stone before moving into wider groups, workshops, clubs, or educational programmes, while others prefer to remain within smaller group environments long term.
